Shipping & returns

Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $8.95.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is available at checkout for $12.95 (1–3 business days).

Subscription orders ship automatically every 60 days via standard post. You will receive tracking information via email once your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. If you do not receive this within 3 business days, please contact us at shop@hellosxe.au.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Opened products may be returned if you experience an adverse reaction — please contact us with details.

To initiate a return, email shop@hellosxe.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible orders.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Changes made before your next billing date will apply to that shipment.

If you cancel after billing but before dispatch, we will issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, standard return policies apply.
