Question 1

How long before I notice a difference?

Accepted Answer

Copper peptides work with the natural hair cycle, so consistency is more important than any single wash. Many users report improved scalp comfort and manageability within the first 2–3 weeks of daily use. Changes in the appearance of density and thickness are gradual and vary between individuals — we recommend a minimum of 8–12 weeks of daily use to assess the ritual honestly.

Question 2

Are SXE products safe for coloured or treated hair?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our formulas are sulfate-free and pH-balanced, designed to be gentle on colour-treated, bleached and chemically processed hair without stripping tone or moisture.

Question 3

What is the difference between GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu?

Accepted Answer

GHK-Cu (Copper tripeptide-1) is studied for its role in supporting the scalp's natural repair processes and follicle health. AHK-Cu is a complementary copper peptide included to help support the appearance of hair density. Both are used together across the SXE ritual at meaningful concentrations.
